We thank you for showing interest and we welcome you to our small family at Stout Family Chiropractic!
If you have been in an auto accident, you have 14 days to be examined by a doctor. Dr. Stout provides a thorough examination and focuses on the treatment and diagnosis of such injuries. Hospitals will check vital signs, make sure there are no life threatening conditions and release you with pain medication. They normally do not treat the underlying improper musculoskeletal biomechanics that can and do lead to future pain and do not correct structural or soft tissue damage. Dr. Stout and her team have therapies designed to help you overcome these pains.
Dr. Stout utilizes a comprehensive, neurological approach to treating patients, which involves creating an individualized picture of each patient and their particular health concerns. She believes that true health is not merely the absence of symptoms but the optimization of everyday life at work and at play.
Relying heavily on a thorough diagnostic evaluation, she combines neurological and orthopedic testing with functional assessments to determine the most appropriate care plan for each unique circumstance.
Dr. Stout’s evidenced-based approach to healthcare has helped people with a variety of issues including: neck and back pain, herniated and bulging discs, headaches, and other seemingly disparaging conditions. Utilizing the knowledge from her undergraduate degree and related coursework, she blends her chiropractic treatments with lifestyle changing advice, providing her patients with all the tools they need to get the most out of their treatment.
Dr. Stout has taken post-graduate seminars through Cox’s Flexion/Distraction technique including cervical and lumbopelvic assessments to effectively treat herniated/bulging disc, spinal canal stenosis, and degenerative discs, to name a few.
Dr. Stout is able to help you to accelerate and/or maintain your journey to good health. She looks forward to helping you achieve your own personal health goals!
In her free time, Dr. Stout enjoys running and working out at Elite Mettle Fitness in Wesley Chapel. She spends her weekends with her energetic daughter and her chiropractic counterpart, Dr. Adam.
Dr. Adam Stout or Dr. Adam is a Florida board-certified Chiropractic Physician and graduate from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Florida. He attained his Bachelors of Science degree from San Francisco State in Social Science.

Dr. Stout’s goal is to help as many people as possible regain and maintain their health through chiropractic care, proper nutrition, healthy lifestyle choices and exercise. He is dedicated to provide patients with the best possible care by providing a thorough examination; Followed by recommendations for care. Patients are given the opportunity to not only get out of pain, but to correct underlying structural problems that have contributed to their present health concern. Once their problem has been corrected, a maintenance or wellness program is tailored to each patient's individual needs.
Dr. Stout strongly believes in the maxim "health is wealth." Most people just don't realize, until it happens to them, how expensive it is to get sick. According to researchers at Harvard University, “Every 30 seconds in the United States, someone files for bankruptcy in the aftermath of a serious health problem.” There are solutions that every one of us can do to reduce the risk of bankrupting our own health. The ultimate solution for our health care crisis is to have "more people less sick." The only way we can achieve this, is to have more people choose better health through better living and lifestyle choices. Dr. Stout is able to help you achieve a healthier life!
